We had a lot of fun this weekend. Friday night Spencer took Owen to his first Fathers and Sons camp-out. The camp-out was only 5 minutes from our house, so it was an easy trip for Spencer, especially since they just went for the evening and didn't stay over night. Spencer said that Owen was a little shy at first and was just laying down in the dirt (what a weird-o!) and avoiding any human contact.
As the evening went on Spencer said he warmed up to the situation and seemed to actually have a good time. They roasted marshmallows and apparently Spencer didn't bother to clean Owen up at all because he brought him home FILTHY dirty!! Oh well, as long as they are having fun right??
Then on Saturday we met up with these cute cousins at the Long Beach Bay for a day in the sun.
Owen was just happy that he finally got to use his squirt gun that we bought several weeks ago for this very occasion.
Owen and Carter are about 4 months apart. It was fun to watch them play and interact.
It was a fun weekend, so sad that it had to go by so fast!!

Everytime you post stuff like this it makes me wish we lived closer so we could have fun weekends together! We can't wait to see you guys, it's getting close! PS: I LOVE Owen's beach outfit! So cute!
