Gymnastics

Owen and Audrey just finished up 8 weeks of gymnastics classes. I have been taking the kids to open play at the gymnastics studio since Owen was just a year old and both kids always had such a good time playing I decided that it might be fun to enroll them in an actual class. Audrey was in the parent and me class and Owen was in the 4-5 year old class which, lucky for me, met at the same time. We went every Thursday night from 6:00-7:00. While Audrey had a blast, she was a bit wild and didn't always want to do what everyone else in the class was doing. Owen never complained, but let's just say he wasn't really sad on the last day of class. It was a fun experience and a good opportunity for Owen and Audrey to interact with other children and be in more of a structured environment. For now we won't be signing up for any more classes, but maybe when Audrey is a little older and can go without her mom. Owen wants to try soccer and baseball out.

The day I brought my camera, and when most of these pictures were taken, was the same day as our Valentine's Day playgroup party, which explains the "festive" outfits.
