I can't believe she's four!! Audrey has been looking forward to her 4th birthday for a long time. Today was like a dream come true for her.
Since we're having a big party for her tomorrow with her little friends we gave her the birthday gifts from us this morning. As you can see from the pictures below, she was beyond thrilled with the gifts that she received from us. Most exciting was probably the pack of nail polish followed by a fairy Periwinkle doll.
Then this evening, after a wardrobe change, we had our families over to have some more birthday fun. Her favorite gifts were a stuffed pug puppy from her grandma Bell and the big girl bike that Spencer and I gave her. She has been wanting a bike for a long time, so she was so happy to finally get one.
Then Audrey got the ultimate gift that helped her combine her two favorite gifts. She opened up a basket for her bike that Aunt Paula sent her. She was so excited that her puppy can ride the bike with her!! The basket is seriously the cutest thing ever and my talented Aunt made it by hand! Such a sweet gift, and perfect for Audrey!
Audrey's 4th birthday was all about rainbows, she's totally into them right now. I ordered her a rainbow cake which not only had a rainbow on the outside but was rainbow on the inside as well! Audrey was in love with her cake, and let me tell you, it was the most delicious cake I've ever had!
Such a fun day for our little Audrey girl. Birthdays are just the best!
